Steve Lawler is reuniting the tribe this winter! Calling all London Warriors…
After a successful return to Ibiza, followed by shaking Tobacco Dock’s car park to its foundations in October, we just couldn’t wait until summer for a family get together on the dancefloor. Househeads old and new regroup at Electric Brixton on Saturday 1st February.
Lawler has put the call in to some big name industry friends for the reunion. Two acts who played a part of the Ibiza residency were De La Swing and Guti. Latin live maestro Guti played the opening party, while kooky Spanish sensation De La Swing was a guest at the closing, bookending the run. Max Chapman wasn’t a part of that run, but he did light a rocket at Tobacco Dock several months ago. Further support comes from Callum Edwards, Lawler inviting the exciting young DJ from his own hometown of Birmingham. There’s still some surprises left in the bag, with special guests yet to be announced.
In association with COGO, we don our tribal colours, war paint and bandanas and come together in London. It might be the thick of winter, but on the dancefloor we’ll be channelling summer heat to the pulse of underground house and techno as only Steve Lawler and his VIVa Music entourage know how.
After the success of the room takeover at COGO’s launch party, this will be a return to a full club show format for the Warriors brigade. Electric Brixton is the ideal venue and is set to be the largest Warriors party in London to date. Now with the line-up out and matching the stature, we can really start getting excited. With so many heads reuniting under one roof, we couldn’t go for anything less!
